Re: Defect in the 5th gens?

Manufacturing defect as far as....what, exactly? Sure they had a few issues...but as far as anything serious, like life-threatening, no.

nah its not anything about the clutch.. its more like the syncros to get into 5th has a problem taht creates the gear grind. dont know too much about it but i believe theres a thread about it somewhere on here if you want to learn more

Re: Defect in the 5th gens?

most of the defects are for lighting issuees. nothing major.. and besides.. if it has defect the defect has a recall # that goes with it and you take that to any honda dealer and they have to fix it for FREE.. and then you ask them for a chikin sandwich with some WAFFLE FRIES.. and maybe a coke to drink

Re: Defect in the 5th gens?

H22 is notorious for burning oil... Only when you VTEC like a mad man though... nothing serious... unless you dont check yer oil on a regular basis...then it can become serious.

LOL everyone fails at life. How many people really make a difference? Individual significance should be based on how low your level of FAIL is.

X2 on the oil. Also idle problems, but nothing major. Dont forget these cars are 12 to 8 years old. They are all starting to have normal problems.
