Alot of oil under engine

Thier is a lot of oil under my engine. it doesnt look like its leaking from the engine or power steering or clutch or brake. I think it might be the tranny. Where can i check the level of oil in the tranny and how can i change it. what else might be leaking.?

you should go to a car wash and pressure wash the bottom of your motor off with degreaser and get all the old oil and grease and road grime off then take it home and park the car over a piece of card board, then you can pinpoint where the oil is dripping from and once you found where its dripping from most of the time you can determine what it's leaking out of

There is a chemical that you can buy from any automotive shop. You poor it either in your oil or you tranny and wait about an hour, then take a black light and the liquid will light up like a glow stick. this way you can pin point the exact location where its coming from. This chemical doesnt hurt your engine at all.

If you have a 5spd the only way to check the transmission fluid level is to remove the filler bolt. On a level surface the fluid will be level with the bottom of the hole if it is at capacity. If you have an automatic there should be a transmission fluid dip stick much like your oil dip stick.

To change your transmission fluid you use a 3/8th ratchet and remove the drain bolt at the bottom of the transmission. Once drained put the bolt back and remove the filler bolt insert a tube+funnel and fill thru the top of the engine until the fluid overflows from the filler bolt. Should be 2 quarts of new Honda MTF/ATF
