before the magnaflow i had a megan cat. The megan was pretty much hollow and the low end power suffered until i got to a certain rpm. With the magnaflow it feels like it has good low end power and good power throughout acceleration. I dont remember what it feels like with the stock cat on so I cant really say if I feel a difference or not. Im sure it helps though. Im running a stock muffler, aftermarket header, and a cai. The magnaflow are quality built as well.

Re: question on magnaflow cat

i just changed to the magnaflow highflow got it for around 100. before that i had just a test pipe on. dont see any difference between test pipe and magnaflow. so to add to this, if you are questioning a test pipe verse magnaflow, go with magnaflow. its more money but doesnt smell like **** (raw exhaust smell) and it really cut down on the raspyness of my exhaust.

Murda, I have heard some who needed that one with the o2 sensor in it just when they had the high flow cat to avoid the check engine light from coming up. Maybe you'll get by with just the regular magnaflow cat.
