idle issues

ok so i ported the throttle body all nice and pretty and wat not. get it all back together, start it and notice in the exhaust note it almost sounds like its missing but its not. the car warms up i go from my house to sonic(about a 3 minute drive) pull into sonic and park, its idling...idling....idling, then the lude just decides its gonna raise its idle 300rpm more than normal, a few minutes later it decided to drop about 600rpm, back up about 200rpm and then up another 100rpm, this goes on for the next about 5 minutes. it then settles upon the rev up and drop rev up and drop that cars do when the idle screw is messed up. when i leave the lot it idles at the red lights at about 1200rpm or so

so what yall think im 70 percent sure that the idle screw or whatever its called is fine i marked where it was when i removed it, other than that i got nothin

im pretty sure its something ive done but ive done it quite a few times before with other cars 3 of which are ludes and i havent ever had this issue

if it was stuck open wouldnt consistently idle high and not just randomly change whenever it feels like it?
