question about a adjustable fuel pressure regulator

so im redoing all my fuel system new tank lines all that fun stuff but i bought a fuel pressure regulator and im wondering how do i control where the psi level should be at my engien is all stock but how do i chnage it and i know that you plug the psi hose into the intake manifold themn connect the two fuel lines at the bottom but can i just leave it after i plug it in or do i have to mess with the psi regulatorl?

you need a fuel pressure gauge.

my fuel system got ****ed so im replacing all of it and just trying to figure out how to regulat thsi damn thing

use the stock regulator. You have no need to mess with fuel pressure if you have no reason to.

And with that said, I have a used OEM one if you want it. It worked fine when it came off so just cover shipping and it's yours.

fuel psi should be between 40-47 when the vacuum hose from the intake manifold is disconnected, and 30-37 psi when it is connected, if you didnt buy a pressure regulator with a gauge, some aftemarket fuel rails have fittings for gauges you can use instead
