Re: I can see the thread on my tires -.-HELP

u CAN NOT drive another mile unless you feel like endangering your life and others around you... dont be dumb.... the tires could blow at any time

and its not your camber that would cause it to wear that badly... its your toe...

find some cheap ass used tired or steelies. but dont drive with the tires like that

You can drive on them till they blow up. Seriously.

My explorer seriously had metal threads stickin out for like a god damn good 6 or 7 thousand miles. BUT I would get them replaced ASAP dude. Seriously. Your gonna get a blow out on a highway, lose control, spin out, get raped, eat shifter, and die.

Why do they need a camber kit? And CAPS LOCK isn't neccessary for wrong information.

Get a wheel alignment done FIRST, before anything else. Once that has been done, you'll know whether or not you need anything else. We had an issue with a mate's car, and after trying three different camber kits, he found out that he didn't actually need one. Why did he buy one? Because everyone on the forum told him to.

Lawl.

And like Colin said, get an alignment first, and if things are still out of whack then you'll probably need a camber kit. Unless you're lowered a lot or something like that, you shouldn't need it.

The place usually tells you if you need a camber kit. The place I go to told me that it was recommended for the life of my tires and the driveshafts (or something like that). Well thats because I'm lowered too.
