TOTALED?!!?

So I just got my 5g lude crashed sadly-_- but I was wonder about the damage to my car. It seems that the long metal that stretchesfrom headlight to headlight that is also attachted to the latch that holds the hood down has bent in and is quite close to my radiater. I can't open my hood to see the full damage but I could see the bend. So I was wondering, is this considered a "bent frame"? Or is this replaceable? Because knowing insurance companies, a bent frame means a send it to the junkyard.=(. Thanks for the help.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum btw.

Damages:
Front bumper
Destroyed hood.
"Bent frame"???
1 destroyed turn signal light.

Everything else is absolutley fine.

Re: TOTALED?!!?

The piece you're talking about is the reinforcement bar. These are easily replaceable. Just cause they're bent doesn't mean the frame of the car is bent. They're put there to take the impact during an accident to help save the motor. I can pick that and a new aftermarket OE front bumper for you if you'd like. Just PM me and let me know. I do a lot of body work, and I'm always buying parts

Re: TOTALED?!!?

The impact beam or tha radiator support panel? Both can be replaced relatively easily.

Re: TOTALED?!!?

if there is a radiator hose thats disconnected then its not a good idea at all to start it let alone drive it!! unless you wanna overheat and/or spew coolant everywhere
