Newbee - Suspension setup

This question has been asked a million times but I've looked at everyones opinion but would like to know a good setup for suspension (coilover/shocks/struts). I just purchased yokohoma 215/45/R17 but do not like the size of the tires. I was told Skunk2 w/ Tokico, GR2 w/ KYB AGX and a few others. I have a $800 budget for the setup. Thanks for all the help.
