Headlight bulbs....please help

Ok guys so yesterday my headlight bulbs both went out. Not at the same time but on the same day. I checked 2 make sure nothing was knocked loose and everything was connected and it was all fine. But basically, both bulbs ended gettin knocked loose and i just need somebody 2 help and post a good pic of how the clip and bulb are supposed 2 sit in there. Its a 5th gen lude btw. And i've searched but couldnt find anything. Please somebody help.

there is two directional holding bumps
are you using an after market h1 bulb if so some have to use a bulb holder or it does bounce around and could come loose

It sounds like those autozone guys have no idea what they are doing if they can't get a bulb in right.
