oem spoiler

has anyone here bought an oem spoiler from Ebay or anything?

this seller has "painted" ones already

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PAINT...231510006r1066

is it difficult to install/ expensive?

saw em on craigslist a while back but not at the moment..

anyways is that a good price?

Re: oem spoiler

difficulty depends on how adept you are at measuring and drilling. the wiring should be straight forward. the oem holes are practically marked but measuring is still for good measure... (pun intended if you understand the pun)

if not have a shop install it for you. shouldn't cost more than $20. installed my jdm one with 6 holes in only 10 mins. shop should make quick work of oem type one.

Re: oem spoiler

ya I just did mine a week or two ago. easiest ever. cost me 40 to repaint it. did it myself. didn't even measure or anything. I made a templat to drill the hole for the wire and that was it. I just drilled out where the holes are marked on the underside of the trunk. as for wiring, unhook the third brake light in the window, pull it through into the trunk and just splice the spoiler into it.

Re: oem spoiler

Not a bad price....I gonna sell mine soon and that price is about right

Like they said installing it shouldn't be too difficult but if ur afraid to drill holes in ur car then just get a shop 2 do it for ya..shouldn't cost anymore than like 20 bucks
