Fuel Pressure Regulator

So I bought a B&M fuel pressure regulator and I was wondering where exactly does it attach to. I always thought it was attached to the fuel rail. Am I wrong?

Re: Fuel Pressure Regulator

Why is it there are always the people that have to be all cool and say stuff like if you dont know where it is you shouldnt be putting it on. Does that mean i am suppose to know every little part of a car? I cant add or replace a part if it breaks becuase i dont knwo where it is and no one is gonna tell me becuase if i dont already know then i shouldnt change it. Wow that that makes sense. I thought this was a forum page where you actually recieve help from people and not smart ass remarks. Thanks for the help though from the people who actaully tried helping. And its exactly where i thought it was but i was just making sure.

Re: Fuel Pressure Regulator

Let's not get frustrated now, young Jedi master. I'm sure people just don't want you to get in over your head with putting parts on a car if you're not positive on what they do/where they go. This is a VERY helpful forum, but you have to remember that they're all real-person responses; therefore adding a bit of "personality" to each remark. So if their personality leads to a "smart ass" comment, then so be it. They're just looking out for your best interest. Best of luck to you with the car, mate.

Re: Fuel Pressure Regulator

No I understand that but there is definetly a nice way of saying it. And I was more of less just clarifying that thats where it went and I know what every part i put on. I just get frustrated when people give their comments that arent helpful whats so ever. But i know where your coming from

Re: Fuel Pressure Regulator

the way they've said it is nice as it can get, relatively.

if they wanted to be mean they could have told him to read the fuken manual like HT would have told him.

helpfulness and niceness aside, there's a limit to how lazy a person can be. the time and effort it took him to make this thread, he could have easily just found the answer on google.

but seriously, the first 3 or 4 replies had me crackin up, that was good teamwork

sorry to bring up an old useless thread lol didn't see the date
