Re: Dumb question?

yep thats where you check timing at, there should be a rubber plug that goes there so you dont get **** in your tranny, that could have bad results

Re: Dumb question?

why don't u just get one from a junkyard. Most all honda's that ur used to seeing, will have the plug.

I suggest putting the plug in that hole while the motor is COLD. Its a bitch to squeeze in there, and ur pretty much guarenteed to hit ur hand on the header. I've done it, but it was sooo worth it. Lol....its not a huge deal if its not there. I drove without one for like 3+ years, then one day actually did something about it.

the only thing in the space that the hole leads to is the torque converter, nothing will actually get inside of the transmission. im not saying dont get the plug, but its fine without it

Re: Dumb question?

Not a dumb question. A dumb question would be asking why you dont win races when you go into your Race Gear

X2...Junkyard!! I didn't have it either. Went to the crapyard and got one from any accord for free!! I'm not paying for a dumb plug that no one even cares that its there. I don't steal at all. But they should pay people to take those so just swipe it!!
