i need some help about the factory amp?? ive head that not using it when using aftermarket speakers and amps is the way to go!! any one know anything about this???

That's probably good advice. The factory amp is designed to power the rear deck speakers only and uses a pair of microphones to close a feedback loop for those speakers. If the speakers and microphones do not match or if the microphones are disconnected there is a good possibility that the amplifier will become unstable and damage either the speakers or itself.
It's an old idea in acoustics and can work reasonably well but it's like a sticking four pipes on an exhaust manifold and calling it a header. If everything isn't matched up exactly it makes things worse.
If you're going after market bypass or remove the builtin. You could try speakers alone and see what happens but be prepared for some possible odd results.

Incidentally that info is based on the 97-200 Prelude shop manual. I've toyed with the idea myself and tried to come up with all sorts of exuses to avoid rewiring the car.

If it helps to know I'm an electronics engineer with a background in acoustics and music recording.
