clutch lines

Does anybody know where i can get clutch lines for a 1999? i am replacing the master cylinder and the slave cylinder because the clutch pedal does not come back from the floor. I got the master cylinder in but cant get the line screwed back in due to no wrench working on it. Does anybody know what size wrench to use to instal the clutch lines to the master cylinder or slave cylinder?
