Was just curious if anyone has any preference for brake pads and rotors. I don't brake easy if that would give you an idea on what im looking for. Thanks, Sponk.

Re: Brakes, Rotors any tips would be nice.

What do you use the car for? Do you just drive fast on the road or do you track the car semi-regularly as well? And most importantly, how much do you wanna spend? Those are the things we need to know before we can guide you in the right direction.

If you just drive fast on the road then upgrading to a good set of pads will do the trick just fine. But if you regularly track the car, then new rotors and possibly calipers would be needed.

well i first say first dont brake hard so it wont glaze up everything and go the pads and rotors last longer. and if you want good pads go ceramic and just normal rotors if you dont want to spend much. hawk pads are good rotors i dont know any brand up drilled and slotted ones are good.

the only problem with drilled and slotted is you cant turn them so u only get one use out of them if they warp.

Hawk ceramic pads ftw, no noise and no dust! Brembo slotted or drilled rotors are nice cause they're cadmium plated.

Re: Brakes, Rotors any tips would be nice.

i use brembo blanks with ferodo ds2500 track use pads - but i have never used them on the track - i only drive fast on the road - occasionly i have almost ended up sitting on my dashboard under harsh braking - you may also want to look into SS braided brake lines as they help ALOT!!
