need a fix

ok, I have a 2001 Prelude. I recently replaced both O2 sensors, MAP sensor, fuel filter, oil cooler o-ring, Vtec solenoid seal, spark plugs, wires, transmission (unfortunately auto), did oil change, installed AEM V2 intake, new battery... My fuel cuts off at 6800rpm, and the car will not go any faster than 100mph anymore. I shift into 4th at 100mph (6800rpm) and it doesn't go even 1mph faster. I have done 140mph easy in the past. What could possibly be wrong?
