Icon5 Rear right tyre rubbing on arches, please help!

Hey all, first post here so hello

Im fairly new to preludes, but i now see what its all about! I have recently purchased a 2000 model 2.2l motegi red top, However i have a problem with it. When going round a sharp right turn i.e. weight on the left hand side of the car, i get the rear left tyre rubbing on the arches. This made worse by having more people in the car adding more weight. It does not rub on any other corners apart from the rear right once when i had 4 people in the car giving them a lift like 400yrds up the roads (lazy gits!). Now, another thing to keep in mind is that it has 17" wheels on it, although they have been fine on the car from before i think that the size of them just makes the rubbing more apparent sooner. One more thing is that the left FRONT suspension feels alot softer than the right and has alot less resistance to me pushing it down . Only things i think it could be is knackered dampers or a broken spring. Just hoping someone has had a similar problem or has any ideas!

Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks
Ollie
