97 with misfire cel help want to sell

I dont know what else to look for, Here is what I have done to it and still get the same results.
last oct. when I bought the call I replace the
plugs, wires ,cap , roter and fuel filter.
IT still misfires
It has 147000 on it and I had my mech. look at it last week and he took the plugs out and let it dry out and resett the cel. and it went away. but it came back on a few days later and started to misfire. I was thinks it is one or maybe two of three things. the coil went bad or the fuel injectors or fuel pump. Now here is what the car does. When I start the car is vibrates a little (not to much enough to notice) then in the lower rpms around 1500 2500 it chugs and then it catches up with its self. you can here the misfire to . I use 93 with octane booster and i tried some of that seafoam to in the gas no difference. Plz help Not looking to be harrassed ither plz thanks for all the help.I get a code 45 and 74 to ,the first time it was a mutiply misfire now just one.

bah after mine started misfiring it lasted 3 more years. honda engines are tough. thats the good news, bad news is that at the end of its life it had less than 40psi in all 4 cylinders. im sure i could have fixed it but i just junked it and got another. are you burning alot of oil? thats what my 97 was doing, burning oil and misfiring. everybody who looked at it assumed piston rings given the compression test readings and other symptoms.... did you try a compression test yet now that i think about it?

yeah and there all 190 my mech did that. I think that its the test pipe that he put after I had him look at it. So I am going to try the non-fouler trick and see if that will fix it. I think that what is happening is that the cat is gone so the seconadary o2 is misreading and sending to much fuel that cant be burn cause I am running rich and theres a little back fire to.
