Clutch stage 2 or 3?

I may need to replace my clutch this year, what is the difference between a stage 2 and stage 3?

Re: Clutch stage 2 or 3?

You don't need stage 2 or 3.

OEM or stage 1 is what you want to go with.

I remember reading your other threads about cheap and basic mods and lowering springs, and I believe you have a (almost) stock 5g SH. I have an Exedy stage 1 in my car (which is pretty much stock) and thats more than enough for me. You don't need 2 or 3 until you got a turbo build or a serious n/a build.

Just a heads up brosif

Re: Clutch stage 2 or 3?

like smokey said go with a stage one, the higher you go is leaned more towards performance purposes and the heavier the clutch is gonna be and that equals more of a pain in the ass in traffic and pushing it in. i have a stage one with an 8lb flywheel, stage one is all you need enough said.
