CarAccident...but who's fault?(5thgenWhite'00)

Okay guys so i was leaving my school parking lot.... and some guy was backing out from a stall but wen he was backing out i had already moved behind him...and he actually accelerated hard wen he backed out cuz he did not see my car at all, and he ended up hitting my back passenger side of the bumper cracking it... and FYI i bought my car used for 14K ABSOLUTELY NO EXTERIOR/INTERIOR DAMAGE so you would think i would have just gone up to him an ripped off his nuts...lol but no...i knew who he was and he is not a close friend but just a friend..i was really pissed but he didnt want to get insurance involved and he told me he was just going to pay for my repairs because YES he does have that kind of money...NOW here is my problem..people have told me not to repaint the bumper because i wont get the same color...and they told me just get a new rear bumper..BUT the thing is the rear bumper for the Lude has the badge with the latters P R E L U D E accross the back bumper..and i have not been able to find a replacement..im going to take my car in to a honda dealer soon to see what my choices are and hopefully they have a prelude bumper...
but he also got some damage in return of course..his car is a 2008 BMW 5Series color black..so on his black rear bumper he has a large patch of white paint.. so he will be losing alot of money to fix both of our cars!
sooo if anyone has any ideas on where i can get a new bumper that is a stock 5thgen one then pleaseplease let me know! and if ur just gonna tell me to get a JDM etc bumper(notstock) dont bother because i originally wanted to keep my car PERFECT and in MINT CONDITIOn!!!!!!! but this asshole had to hit me... so yeah...PLEASE HELP

k..bumpers do not come with the lettering.

2 they can always prime down the bumper and a reputable shop will be able to perfect the paint also blending it in with the age the original paint has had.

here you go..57.99 for the prelude lettering
http://handa-accessories.com/preext.html

you'll see the gold version..keep scrolling down it does not have a picture but it states they have chrome for sale.

good luck with everything.

Okay guys its been a long while lol
But i got it back from the shop and i decided to go with a repaint..i cheater the insurance and saved my friend by saying it was a hit and run so that its only a $300 deductible,
The rear bumper looks good as new, no problems with it..
except..the passenger door handle..its not a pearl white anymore..i complained about it and the guy said it a different material so the paint will come out differently..i reallyy wanted to kick this guy in the nuts cuz he gave me pretty bad attitude. but w.e.
its lookin good, running good, so all is good lol and thanks guys for all the suggestions and help, btw pfeifer30's hope u get it fixed and i hope all is good too lol

uhh...guy, you payed for the painting?

well get the door handle painted the car color..you tell him he gives you attitude, you'll give him bad buisness. dont let someone take your money and walk away, that was my mistake

For future refrence, go to someone who is a perfectionist about his work. My uncle has owned a body shop for over 20 years. This man is such a perfectionist with paint and such that his front door to his house has 7 coats on it. LoL. Don't just go to macco for stuff like this, go to an enthusist. You may pay more but they'll also stand by there work more.
