clutch trouble

I have a question about my clutch. so the other day i was driving and the clutch decided not to work but only once and a while it doesnt always not work its only everyonce and awhile. what do you think the cause to this is do you think i just have to adjust it? or is there something else wrong? when it works it grabs strong

Re: clutch trouble

Check the clutch master and slave cylinders. They're common failure points on older Preludes (is there such a thing as newer Preludes anymore?).

yea sounds like a clutchmaster going bad. you will see fluid on the inside firewall where the rod goes form the clutch pedal to the master... that is common like 71dsp said.

5th gens are what you would consider newer.
