ABS Plastic Front Lip

Are the eBay plastic front lips any good?

The seller "speednstyles" has some ones for about $140 shipped that seem decent. Anyone ever install one/try to paint it?

Re: ABS Plastic Front Lip

I never really trust Ebay with good products. the only good things I got off ebay were my cat-back and my steering wheel from japan. Although that company has like 73k transactions and a 98% rating. Just be careful with ebay shiit

I would trust purchasing right from an actual store/online store rather than ebay. Plus I'm not sure if 5g's have any poly-eurothane lips but supposedly they are indestructible. Take a look around for something like that.

If www.handa-accessories.com had it in my Milano Red color I'd consider the OEM but they don't.

That looks like the P-1 Lip. I have a P-1 on my car(Not proud to say that cause I want an OEM Lip Kit REAL BAD lol) but it's a really good fit. No gaps and and you put those 2 brackets In the middle and screw the corners on the bumper....Not hard to do at all..... (And I painted mine.)

WW lip kits are polyurethane. My front lip has seen some damage. I hit a cone doing about 80mph a couple years back, and all that happened was the paint chipped off. Then a few weeks ago, I hit something in the road, and all that happened was I put a little split on the side cause I had dragged the lip for a good 50yds before I ran over it and then had to run down the road to go pick it up. I fixed it, and it's looking good again.

OEM lip is also urethane, but doesn't see to be as strong as the WW, cause I have one on my RHD Prelude, and while I was test driving it, the lip fell off, and I ran right over it. Kind of deformed the side of it, but if I use a heat gun, I can probably mold it back into shape
