Front tag mount????

i know alot of you guys dont run front tags unless its the JDM plate but I unfortunately have to have my front tag and dont want to drill into the front bumper or screw it in right there. What do you guys use as a mounting bracket to prevent having to drill holes there? If you have pics of the product or a link, i'd appreciate it. The front has no holes now so i want to keep it like that.

Re: Front tag mount????

the holes should already be there. So no drilling required unless you wanna relocate it.

There are just plugs in them on yours from what I can see.

Re: Front tag mount????

go to home depot and get some self adhesive weather stripping. cover the back of your license plate w/ the foam weather strip and than zip tie it to your grill in the lower right corner. looks best there. the reason for the foam is that if you just zip tie the plate there the metal will fuk up your grill w/ little scratches and gouges.

Re: Front tag mount????

I was thinking maybe there was a place under the bumper to use an actual mount that curved up to the front to keep from having to screw it into the actual bumper like on my teggy. It has n actual tag bracket that bolts up under the front bumper and came out and up in front of the bumper nd the plate jsut mounted onto that. I was trying to avoid the zip tie way also.

Re: Front tag mount????

If you look under the bumper you should see a hole where you can mount a bracket for the plate. If you want to go this route you can buy the parts you'll need from majestic here: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...atcgry5=BUMPER

Re: Front tag mount????

i wasn't sure if you were lookin for a permanent attachment. if you go to eBay you can find hundreds of plate relocating brackets.
