Cold Start No Start

Hey Guys!!! New to the board.... been reading for a while. Im having a cold start issue with my '99....... crank over but no start. It almost sounds like it hits on one cylinder, but not the rest. After MANY cranking sessions, itll maybe hit on 2 cylinders.... and then try to fire.

The odd part about this is it started when it was cold. We just had it running, normal in fact. Then, it got cold, bam no start. I have it running now..... but it sounds like its missing on a cylinder. This has happened before a few years ago, started up and never happened again.

IM out of options on this one. Just replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!
