I was wondering if anyone knew of a common place oil leaks from the 2001 sh I havent jacked it up yet to see exactly where it is coming from but I just wanted to see if tehre is a place i should look 1st thanks

with the little info you have provided all i can suggest is...

CAM SEAL

replace it!! also depending on the mileage you may wanna replace your valve cover gasket.

try the oil filter... some people get in a hurry and either have it too tight or to loose... i picked my truck up and got about 300 off it, i got it for $900 now its worth $4000+(atlest to a minitrucker) the guy thought it had a bad oil leak and all it was, was a bad o-ring on the filter... what a D.A...

the engine only has 22000 miles
