suspension questions?????

OK i have a few questions about upgrading my suspension......

i have a 98 sh and it has almost 120k on it and iam sure its not handling as well as it should it pulls slightly to the right and the aligment could be strightened out a bit too. i mean its not bad it still handles much better then just about every car i have ever had (except the 90 300zx (rip)) So what i want to do is replace most of the front end and get it to handle like its on rails. i would like to drop it an inch all around and i dont want to go crazy and slam it to the ground. I do have plans of getting adj coil overs and replace all of the bushings. i know this sounds crazy but i hear this noise when i pull into my drive way that sounds like rubber on rubber. iam not sure what the hell it is but iam goin to get the bushings replaced anyway.

So what else should i replace ball joints, control arms..........

i have seen the tread from SI SPEED with an amazing amount of links on it iam just not sure what ones i should say away from and what ones are the best to go with. I would like to stay under 1200 bills but what can you do.

First off do you have over sized tires i know for winter some buy tires that are too big will rub when you go up a curb or bump or your plastics could of fallen down in any of your wheel wells

Re: suspension questions?????

New control arms (but if you want to tune your suspension even further, adjustable balljoints from SPC/Ingalls would be better), struts, springs, strut bars, thicker swaybars, tie-bars, roll cage, etc.

Re: suspension questions?????

Whatever you want. Do some research. It's a wonderful thing. But since it's the holidays and I'm feeling generous, here's what I would go with.

Struts: Koni Yellows
Springs : Eibach Reds
Strut Bars: Tanabe
Swaybar (Rear): Progress
Tie-Bar: Skunk2/Tanabe
And a harness bar, can't remember from what company though.
