cluch/transmition or something...help!

Last night everything was perfect. Alright so i drove my car to school this morning and i noticed it was reallllly hard to put it in 1st and 2nd gear. But then i drove it at lunch and it was fine. But when i drove it home i started doing it again but now it was almost impossible to put it in 1st and 2nd was super hard. After i stopped to get gas and turned the car off it was perfect. The stick feels like it is a little bit lose. The clutch is 4-5months old. Any one have any idea what the hell is going on?
Ok just got back from driving again and the stick was my imagination. But the clutch pedal, after u push it in and you let go, out about half way then likes sticks, its weird and really hard to describe, like a little spring is holding it, or if like it dosen't have lubrication i don't really know!

It was lol but i dont know what happened. When it first started doing it i check all the fluids and they were all good. Drove it some more (got worse)... checked again it was still good. Then it got really bad and i took it down to my friends shop and when i got there guess what... COMPLETELY empty. Fun experience to drive with no clutch what so ever. Probably going to need a new clutch in the near future though :(
