Good deal on drilled & vented disks?

I found these on ebay and was wondering if they'd fit my car. I have a 1997 2.2 vtec. It's the JDM Si-R model. Not sure if thats any different.

If they did would it be a good idea to get these. I know they're pretty cheap but would they be better then my stocks?

Thanks

Re: Good deal on drilled & vented disks?

When did you get an SiR? I knew about the BMW, but not the SiR. Why do you keep secrets from us, is it because we is black?

Ok, enough with the bad jokes.

They look to me like they'd be an upgrade, though not a huge one. They're the same diameter as stock, so you won't need to change the calipers. Though while you've got them off it'd be a great idea if you painted or even polished them (Rory on here did a great writeup on polishing brake calipers if you're interested).

Be wary of slotted discs, (is it disk or disc? I got NFI) as they tend to wear out pads quicker if the pads aren't designed for slotteds, but otherwise they sound like a good deal.

haha nah i've been very busy at work. I sold the BMW and got the SiR. I love it it's amazing. So you're saying they'll fit then? I have no idea what the diamiters of my disc/disk's are. And good tip aboutthe pads wearing out sooner. Thanks for your help buddy
