Got two questions... oil pan leak and auto trans

Hey all well i was about to do my own oil change when me and my buddy saw it leaking like a biccchh so i cleaned it up waited a good hour or so and still saw it leaking now it looks like it can be cracked possibley or the bots just can be lose up top.. he recommended i take it back to honda and tell them to look at it.. so i did.. the guys there think im dumb i told them to fix it and after an hour or two debating with them i hopefully told them whats good.. im not sure if anyone else has had the same problem with a "cracked oil pan" im not even sure if its cracked they put it on the lift only to inspect it not remove sh*t and they say its warped WTF any one can help me out with this i dont feel like paying for a new oil pan if its not covered under my exteneded warrenty.. the extended warrenty company needs to "come down to the dealer within 24 hours to diagnose the problem with the oil pan" so anyone help or have heard of a "warped oil pan"? thanks ...
other ?...

yup you can warp an oil pan from over-tightening the bolts, or not tightening them in the correct sequence. has the pan come off recently? for what? did honda take it off??

and your link doesn't work either.
