Looking at a 5th gen... questions about ATTS reliability

Hi, I have a pretty flawless 89 Si with 4ws... and I'm looking to get another car to replace my 89 accord with 269,000 miles.

Anyway... I found a good deal on a 1999 Prelude SH 5spd, but he says there is a small leak on the bottom of the engine. Not sure what it is....but... could it be the ATTS system leaking? How much would that cost to fix? Also, how reliable is the ATTS system in general? The car is very low mileage, only 105k.
