Icon9 need help (bogging)

my car was bogging when under full throttle. so i figured let me buy some new spark plugs. i figured ill wait a bit. i was leaving work and every time i gave it gas the car would sputter and it sounded like a wrx. i went straight to the auto parts store and bought spark plugs. i threw them in and i went to test it and its still bogs alil when i give it full throttle. its not all the time but sometimes. what could this be? also was car was previously tuned. do i have to get it tuned again.
