Icon5 Fuel Cut-off???

Hey so I have a question for all of you. now I know that on a regular basis I shouldnt be doin a buck 30 but A while back I was and I noticed that it wouldnt get past 130. I was on a straight stretch of highway that was level and it just wouldnt go past that. I have a 2001 base with a tiptronic and my speedo goes to 150 my car wasnt even close to redline and it just stayed there. so I was wondering if there was some sort of governer or fuel cutoff or if my babys just bein gay.
