P5P ECU?

anyone have any info on the P5P ecu? engine mods are I/H/E, cam gears for sure, might have stage 1 cams, and manifold, and throddle body also. will this ecu map well for these upgrades or would i be better off getting a hondata/neptune/etc?

Re: P5P ECU?

the P5P is the stock ECU for the 5th gen 'ludes... As much as i can gather there is no tuning solution for this specific ECU. there are options like OBD-1 conversion for applications like hondata, neptune & more... or you could go for a piggy back option.

I have been looking for a solution to the 5th gen ecu tuning puzzle for some time, and it looks like there is little market for it considering the trouble one has to go through to tune the "brains" of our machines....

Correct me if i am wrong here peers --> the P5P ECU is not designed to be flashed or reprogrammed... which is why the 5th gen's have to ECU swap to a P72 or other ecu.... might as well swap for a hondata/neptune/etc and hold on to your stock P5P ecu for when you need to have the car hooked up to the machine for State Inspection ( if that applies to you )

also you misspelled THROTTLE...
