Intro and looking into strut bars....

Hi Everyone! I am new to the forum (obviously) my name is DJ and I am from Oregon. About a month ago I picked up my lude. I have a 2001 Type SH, it is pearl white, black leather with 48k miles on it. (I will post pics later). I got it for 12k from a friend. I recently got out of modifying cars. I am ready to have something that gets good gas mileage and is reliable! I recently had a 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 69k miles on it. I had a ton of mods including ACT clutch and light flywheel, EVO 3 16G turbo, intake ect ect. Anywhoo I am loving every minute of it. The atts is sweet! I am not looking into really modifying the engine but I am looking to do some other mods. Here are ideas so far: I got the OEM front and rear ground effects lips (not painted yet). I am going to put some tint on it, OEM fog lights, s2000 steering wheel and strut/tie bars. My question right now is, what is a quality strut bar brand that is still affordable? What about the stock type S? Does the s2000 steering wheel work perfectly with no SRS light and stuff?

thanks in advanced!

Hey man welcome to the forum I think you should look into these strut bars
http://preludezone.com/showthread.php?t=10638 They have to be the most solid look strut bars I have ever seen. I know they make a different rear one that wont eat up all of the trunk room. That's my two cents good luck with the new car man.

Those are nice, I was skeptical of the front brace as I know the ABS lines and the wire harness mount on the passenger side get in the way of most, but pictures prove it, nice.

yeah i agree with mizlude...i talked to the guy on aim, and he backs the sturt bars up pretty well...i mean you can just look at the pics and see how well they are built, and how much more sturdy the will make the car...price is good for the 2pt f/r or if you get the 2pt front with 4pt rear...i would go with them, i plan to myself...especially when somebody takes the time to custom make them for our cars...
