Re: Speaker sizes?

6.5"/2"(front) and 6"x9"(rear)

It's kind of lazy to ask this question, there are resources everywhere with this information.

Re: Speaker sizes?

Im a lazy person.
But i got free speakers out of my step dads 300zx.
I have pretty small pioneers, and some fosgates.
The fosgates are gonna fit in the front but not the pioneers.

Re: Speaker sizes?

just remember the factory amp is designed for 2 ohm stock speakers. if you are replacing them with 4 ohm which is more than likely, i recommend swaping the HU too and bypassing the factory amp. the fronts are not amped though.

Re: Speaker sizes?

Also might want to mention depending on what speakers you buy 6.5" fronts and 6X9" rears.

Some aftermarket (good brands) have larger magnets and or larger voice coils and stuff so in the front speakers for example you'll have to cut the basket out.

On the rear 6X9s you might have some issues with the trunk spring. I installed some pretty decent Pioneers they fit fine other than having to dremel the stock 6X9 covers as the gasket on the pioneers were thicker so I made up the difference by cutting about a 1/4 inch off the dust shield from the covers.
