key hole

well before i could start my car up fast but now i have to mess with the key to find a sweet spot so i could start it. its not a 1 2 3 thing any more its like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. help fast cause im gonna be screwed if i cant start my car.

Sounds like the lock cylinder. They had recalls on those so call up to honda and say hey I need my lock cylinder replaced.

The ignition switch aka lock cylinder was recalled on all 5th gens. Mileage doesnt matter just call up there and tell them about the recall.

Mine was a 99 and they fixed mine. Tell them to eff off and fix it.

If it is not the switch then look at the clutch pedal switch(standard tranny only), i had a problem like that

My 2nd gen you have to wiggle the key around to get it to turn so you can start the motor any relevance?
