well if you have aftermarket springs most the time they are a certain color, like red or blue or something

stock ones just look well, stock.

almost sounds like a coilover set up, does the silver thing have threads and what looks like an adjuster on it?

ya it has like thread about 3-4 grooves.
I will try to get picture..once it cools..down..have to remove tire lol...plus it is about 101 and only getting hotter..

How do you raise them? I want to get back to stock hieght.

Is it something easy to do? Complex? please any info much apperciated...thank you.

okay so look in that pic. you see the two discs? see the grooves (notched out piece)? if you had purchased these coil overs they would have come with a key. you'll need to ask around the site as to what tools you can use but basically what you'll need to do is spin the bottom one down first and then follow and spin the top one til it meets. it creates a lock so to speak. you would reverse that process to go lower. if you need to you can call my buddies shop and ask them there

but i'm sure you'll get some good answers here. but if you end up needing the specific "key" for that set of coils call that shop and ask them.
