Loose Passenger Door Handle...

Hey guys, I'm not sure if there is already a thread for this or not, but I couldn't find it. My passenger side door handle is loose. It still opens, but there is almost no tension on the handle at all. I've heard that it might have something to do with a spring in the door?? Not too sure how to fix this...

Yea how do you fix this do you have to stick i screwdriver in there and pop the spring back in place. Sounds like a major feat!

Yeah its a tiny little spring from what I understand I think I remember a DIY thread on that, let me see if I can find it. Mine it like that too I have yet to try and fix it, now that my speaker on that side is blown I guess I have more reason to take the door panel off now

I'll take some pics and post up prices for parts and get pics of the job. I have off this next week so I will have to get alot of maintenance done this week as I have to get the Lude inspected before the end of the month.

its not a small spring. theres a big spring on the inside of the handle that pulls it into place. follow the instructions in the FSM to take the door panel off and take the handle out and fix it. it will take u an hour maybe. its stickier more than anything (youll see) :)
