well that is a tough one..have you took in a professionals opinion yet. because honestly that would probably be the best thing to do. Someone who is honda certified, (its your girl, would you trust her with anything less) that way you get some real advice and some options that you can chose from.

I say find to a really good exhaust man at a mom and pop shop. I have one here where i live. I jacked the flex pipe up real good on my civic, (Drag car, it hung on the tailer when i backed it off after we got home from a race. I forgot to air the slicks back up, big huge mess. Ripped flex pipe clear off header.) Any way a really good exhaust man should be able to fix it. A good way to find a good exhaust guy is ask some guys at the local performance shops, old guys with muscle cars, or any one you trust. I think it only cost me like 50.00 to get mine fixed. He did such a great job, it looks better the piece i put on the car.

thats the thing they say there isnt enough room to work with the o2 sensor right next to the flang and with it being stainless steel it would be the tightest fit and prob end up breaking again idk i went to numerous places to no one can fix it it seems

Take it out plug the o2 hole, weld the flex pipe up and drill a new hole for the o2 and then weld a bolt to the hole. Or you could get that exhaust putty stuff it's like JB weld but can stand up to high tembs.
