Tein Type Flex Son

Anyone on here have them? I finally got enough money for them but is it really worth the extra money over just a set of springs and shocks? I need opinions and counseling on this before I blow all my mons.

Is a fully adjustable coilover setup worth more than a spring and shock setup? Yeah, I'd say so.

It all depends on what you want. If all you want is to lower the car to look better, then springs and shocks is all you need. If you want improved handeling abilities, coupled with full adjustability then the Teins are worth it.

u get what u pay for. the previous owner of my car put on some $400 tocikos and they suck really bad compared to the D2s and Teins that i would love to swap for. get the good ones definately. unless of course like Brash said and u don't care about the handling at all. the cheaper ones are just for looks.

i have the flex on my ryde (current), I had the basic b4. I think its worth every penny for the flex. Get it w/ EDFC unit. You can control the dampering on it.

i have them too, along with a few other suspension set ups. my advice: do it once, do it right. saves you lots of cash in the end.

What'd all you pay for em? Type Flex specifically. I got it priced out at a little over $2000 shipped w/ pillow ball mounts and edfc.
