If you've got the 3 piece rear lip then here's how to do it. This is how I did it with mines.
preline everything first. Leave out the middle straight piece, just line up the two sides. If you've done it right then you should have perfect rear and corner fit on each side. What you are left with is about 3-5 inch extra lip pertruding past the wheel well. Next measure
how much is needed to cut in order to flush with the wheel well. Once it is cut and is flush perfect on each side then you're half way done. Now you can mark on each side curves in and stops. All you have to do is line up the straight piece and measure how much to trim off in order to fit it in between the curve on each side. Once trim, it should fit perfect. At this stage, all you have should just be perfect fit lips but not attach. The way I attach mine is that I would drill holes under my bumper corresponding to the holes on the lip. Next I would line them up and use 3/8" wide by one inch length bolt and 3/8" nut. I also put 2- 3/8" washers on each bolt. One on the lip and one on the body of the bumper. So basically bolt, washer, bumper, lip, washer and nut. When you put it on don't tighten yet until you adjust the lip so that it's flush with the bumper. Another thing, if you have problems with the right side lip fitting due to your exhaust tip then just either trim the long piece or the right side lip portion. Just remember to trim and fitted first before drilling your holes. I used a 3/8 bit to drill the bottom of my bumper. That's pretty much it. Post some pics when you're done.
