water in the trunk !

sorry for making another thread, but i have a problem.
I took out the spare tire so i can put subs in, and today it was raining and i drove my car, when i looked in the trunk there is water in the part close to the opening where there is two little black dots. how do i fix that?

I dont know what 2 little black dots you are talking about, but you need to find where the leak is coming from and put some sealant there. The same thing happened to me, it was an easy fix. you can use any kind of waterproof sealer.

We had a thread about this before (I started it). It could be a multiple of things but most likely it's your tailights. I just took one of those rubbers (little black dots) out.

Send a message via AIM to hojemwod
if its in wet in the spare tire well then it is most likely leaking through a taillight or trunk trim but most likely a tail. take the tails off and check the gaskets. put caulk on them if they look bad
