Under the dash wiring issues.

Hello to some of you old heads who were here a few years back when I was amongst the BB community. I got a question. Way back when ( since most i am sure are new here and don't know what made me get out of the (Honda) Pre Pre scene ), I had my Pre vandalized for the last time I sold her. Well one of the issues was some one cut my wiring harness just above the ECU and took the Phearable P28 as well as other goodies. I bought all the parts stolen including a whole new wiring harness and P13 then sold the car. Well the guy who I sold it to finally got around to installing the new complete under the dash harness and P13 along with the other parts. He said the after replacing the Battery the Pre started up after a few. He said every thing was normal but the Headlights, 4 ways, Signals wouldn't work. He told me that the everything plugged right up when he did it, but while doing it he noticed that some of the wires were different colors. The car is a bb4 93 Si chassis with H22A swap. It's been awhile but if I remember correctly the Harness I got to replace the butchered one was from a 93 Vtec model. Shouldn't really matter since 93 Si's were pre-ran for Vtec even with the Si H23 model since this was the first offered H22 yr in the states. I didn't look at it and I plan on going there Friday to do so, but is there possibly any way this guy could've hooked it up wrong? I haven't messed with a Pre for awhile but under the dash, even tho a big mess it's all pretty much PnP. He did tell me that the plugs for the turn single/light controller seemed to be switched? Hell I ono. This prolly makes no sense to most of you as to me I am a little lost. I won't know till I get up there and I see it and the years of tinkering in the Pre come back to me.

Anyone possibly have the under the dash schematic?

Thanks

Ok so I went up to check some things out. when you turn on the Headlights you get nothing. No HL's/RL's etc. I flicked for the high beam and nothing. I did notice that the lights on the heater/AC controls with get brighter when you flick on the Hi-Beam.

The guy I sold it to's uncle is supposedly a "Honda King" in the Redneck community. Makes me think the so called Honda man doesn't know his sh!t after all. Just what I thought back in the day. This is why when I sold him the car I said I'd do it b/c everything was working fine except for the new harness that had to be laid in due to the left. Besides that back then I was working on Pre Pre's left and right and knew them like the back of my sac But his Uncle insisted on doing it for free and telling him not to pay me to do what he could do for free??? For the most part under the dash ever thing is so simple. Pretty much PnP, but it only takes one Honda-King wanna-be to Fvck it all up and I think that's what happened.

I don't really wanna mess with it now that someone else was up in there. If I do it I will rip it apart and start over. Anyone have this problem before? I do feel bad for him although I shouldn't b/c if he paid me he would've been driving it a year ago instead of paying insurance for nothing. The fuses under the dash were changed so there good. I'm thinking it's the wiring harness. There's a little white box that sits inside and behind the fuse box ( see pic below ) The honda homes seems to think this is the guys problem. I was not about to take off the fuse box and move wiring to install this to see. Like I said I'd start over. Just give me a shout if you have any ideals.

Thanks
