There's no kit but you can build a turbo car from the ground up, just a lot of loot.

There's no tuning shop around your way? Do you know the basics of turbo and how it interacts with stock engine?

f22 is a good place to start since it has iron sleeves. basically, building a turbo kit would be better bang for the buck since you only purchase what you need. A 16g (off of an evo) would be a good sized turbo, if you want a smaller go with the 14b. Both of these are dsm of course. Research Research is the key to sucess. I also would recommend reading "maximum boost", it will answer a lot of questions.
