you should be able to unbolt the sliders and brackets from your 4th gen seats and fit them to the fifth gen seats. you might have to get some pieces of flat iron, nuts bolts and washers if everything doesn't line up. hope you have a vice and some good drill bits. lol

The clips that hold them in might be in different spots. The 5th gen is just one piece and has a clip on each side. The 4th gen has the seats seperate and the middle piece is too and each seat has 2 clips on each side. I don't think it'll work but more power to you if you can do it. I'd like to see it happen. You gettin the 5th gen fronts too?

I hope you are a shorty person. I think that the 5th gen seats will sit up a bit higher. I could be wrong, but I have had both gen preludes, and the 4th gnes seems to have a lower stance on them.

Good Luck, and pics are a must, I would like to see how it turns out.

Later !!!

4th gen seats are known to be the most comfy stock seats ever.

unless your a big person, then they can be uncomfy

Oh dont get me wrong i love the 4th gen seats. actually very comfortable when you lay down with the sun roof open staring at the sky with your girl friend. you could sleep in them. i just like the SH black seats for some reason. IDK but i still havent put them in yet. When theres no snow in new york or cold, They will go in

I liked my 5th seats better than my 4th. They're a little softer.
Any updates on this swap?
