NorCal Body Shops?

Hello all,

I'm not new to the site, (I usually find my answers and complete my repair) but this is my first post in a while.

I have a '93 4th gen Vtec with 224K miles on it. Lowered, decent black rims with a CAI. Owned it for 5 years now. It is the most fun and about the best handling car that I've driven to date, if you ignore the low power.

I had a slight fender bender the other day (10-15mph, I'll need a new hood, fenders bumper cover and headlights) and of course my insurance company wants to total the car out. I drove the vehicle to work for two days after the accident before I took it in for the insurance estimate. Mechanically, it's good.

I'm in the East Bay of Northern California and can get a salvage title plus the car's value minus my deductible from my insurance company, if I keep the vehicle. I would like to know of any good auto body repair shops that will work on a Prelude in the bay. I've already had one in Oakland tell me that he wouldn't do it because it's not worth it.

Thanks in advance...

Re: NorCal Body Shops?

Come to Fresno we have lots of places to do it. AutoHouse of Clovis does stuff all the time. So does a couple body shops. I can poke around and find out for you if you would like. (Hubbs is a tow truck driver).

Thanks for the response Wolf92. Check around and let me know what you come up with. I'll get back with you after I check around up this way, this upcoming week. Gotta do that before I make a 2 1/2 hour drive down there.
