4th gen prelude back seat conversion for a cr seat

Would there be any possible way legally to remove the passenger rear seat and use the hole in the trunk to for more space. Basically my idea is to remove the seat foam in a section to level the bottom of the car seat and stretch it back further if by any chance id half to cut were the speakers are to add extra room its help. After all that sand it down to fit a car seat forward and backwards facing. Then cover it and there u go. Question is would it work or more so be legal. And locations of seat belts. I kno it would be permanent but in 4 years i hope to have a bigger car so works and can keep lude. Whats yall thoughts. It is cheaper than a new car that i can trust mine reliable and i kno it.

There's nothing illegal about removing your rear seats. But if you're talking about installing a child's car seat, you don't need to remove anything...just need to slide the front seat forward a little. Carried both my kids back there when they were small, both in infant seats and later booster seats.

Yeah...got that from both of them when they got about 4ft high. Even the dogs balked at riding in the back.
