Check engine light not working

I changed the bulb but still not working. Any ideas?

Is there any way I can use like test light to know if the circuit is ok

It's pretty simple if you have a multi-meter. I'd start by checking for continuity between where the bulb seats in the cluster and the harness. The CEL gets voltage from a common source (Yellow wire) and the ECU provides the ground when it wants the light to go on (Blue/White wire). Check that you have voltage on the Yellow wire when the car is on and check for continuity in the Blue/White wire between the bulb and the ECU pin A13. If you can trace out a complete circuit all the way back to the ECU then there could be a problem with the ECU itself.

Thanks. I tried my other ecu but same, that's why am thinking there is something wrong with the circuit . I will buy multimeter and see what happens
