Choosing correct bearings

Hi everyone,

I have F20A4 engine in my 4th gen Prelude. Due to broken connecting rod bearing and thus scratched crankshaft journal I decided to replace the crankshaft and the connecting rod. Now the problem is how to choose the correct main bearings. There are no crankshaft bore codes on the engine block. I checked everywhere. Here is how both crankshafts look like:

I see that the color of one of the old main bearings is black (I see it on the edge). Now I wonder what if I order black or maybe brown for all main bearings. WDYT?

Thanks.

Re: Choosing correct bearings

get it measured by machine shop - they can polish the crank also
