95 Si Missing cylinders and dying out!

Hey guys, new member here so bare with me for a bit!
I recently purchased a '95 Honda Prelude Si and I have had it in the shop getting a crankshaft seal replaced as it had quite a nasty oil leak happening.
The only other issue is that when I try to start it, it takes a lot of turning over and pumping the fuel to get it started and then it is quite obviously missing a cylinder somewhere and once I take my foot off the accelerator it completely dies out and won't keep idling.. any ideas on what it might be?
